I’m interested in building upper body strength as opposed to a full body workout; can I do this with Evolve?

While you could focus your workouts on certain exercises that target upper body strength, Evolve is a program rooted in the philosophy of functional fitness and primal movements. As a result, Evolve encourages its members to develop functional bodies by following the recommended workouts as determined by your workout selector. If a member is focused on certain goals (for example: flexibility, developing sports-specific movements or strengthening their core to compensate for chronic lower-back pain) the Evolve workout selector allows its members to tailor their workout sequences to best suit their individual goals.
